Andrée Paradis

Status of Women Committee

CIUSSS du Centre-Sud-de-l'Île-de-Montréal (FIQ – Syndicat des professionnelles en soins de santé du Centre-Sud-de-l’Île-de-Montréal)

My name is Andrée Paradis. I was elected secretary at the SPSS Centre-Sud-de-l’Île-de-Montréal in May 2017. I am an avid union representative and involved in the union since 2005. I was responsible for status of women from 2010 to March 2017 at the CSSS

Jeanne-Mance and I have participated in all the Women’s Networks during that time.

I am convinced and sure of my beliefs in submitting my candidacy for the Status of Women Committee and soliciting your support.

Feminist and proactive, I can assure you I am motivated and have a deep desire to collaborate and contribute in developing projects for women.

My previous varied and rewarding experience will assure you of my versatility in all situations. I was fortunate to participate in an internship in Nicaragua in March and April 2017, which has given me the desire push on in gaining knowledge. All of my experience makes me one of the best candidates for this committee. Our orientations and ideas as women must be discussed.

Our opinions can flourish through collective actions!
