The FIQ at the OIIQ Convention

The Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ) held its 2016 Convention on November 7 and 8 under the theme “Façonnons les soins infirmiers de l’avenir” (Shaping the future of nursing care). The president of the FIQ, Régine Laurent, was among the participants, namely as a speaker during one of the round tables. The Federation also took this opportunity to hold a booth.

40th edition of the Women’s Network

It was with the theme “Chœur des femmes” (Women’s Chorus) that the Women’s Network of the FIQ celebrated its 40th edition on November 2 and 3. Almost 120 healthcare professionals were able to take a minute to reflect on different issues. It was an opportunity for them to look back on the journey taken while keeping in mind the scope of the struggles that lie ahead.
