I have been a licensed practical nurse at the CIUSSS ODIM for over 9 years and an active unionist since March 23, 2011.
I am running for the provincial Negotiating Committee because I believe, as a young, ethnic, feminist unionist, it’s where I can make a real difference. Since I was last on the provincial Negotiating Committee in 2015, I was elected as V.P., Task and Organization of Work and Negotiation, on the FIQ-SPSSODIM’s Executive Committee. I took part in local negotiations at my CIUSSS. Thanks to the many committees and projects I am involved in, including the LE6, HRDP, Organization of Work Committee, local youth and status of women committees, I strongly believe that I have what it takes to advance the issues at the next provincial negotiations. I am young at heart, courageous and not afraid of hard work!
Please vote for me so I can fulfill a second mandate on the provincial Negotiating Committee.
Thank you for your support!
