Minister Christian Dubé is claiming publicly that he wants an agreement with the healthcare professionals and to resolve the problems for the long term. Well, that is what the nurses, licensed practical nurses, respiratory therapists and clinical perfusionists also want. His words need to be clearly expressed at the bargaining table, because right now, the discussions are going around in circles. Healthcare professionals want solutions that will impact their workload, translate into complete and stable teams, as well as a rollout of safe healthcare professional-to-patient ratios.
