Status of Women Committee

CIUSSS du Centre-Sud-de-l'Île-de-Montréal

Dear union reps and allies,

I started as a union rep in 2018 with a mandate in OWPP in the local unit. My unionism and desire to get more involved motivated me to submit my candidacy for the position of mobilization/communication VP on the FIQ-SPSS CSMTL executive committee, which I have held since 2019. I participated in TRAC MTL and in Info-Mob Négo.

I am a feminist, proactive and determined union rep. I can assure you that I am motivated and have a strong desire to collaborate in developing inclusive projects like family-work balance and promoting the fair representation of women in positions of power and decision-making. The health crisis will have put us through yet another challenge to make our solidarity stronger!

My diverse and enriching past experiences attest to my versatility in all situations. I am strong, determined and certain of my convictions.

Today I submit my candidacy as an engaged member, and I ask for your support in electing me to the Status of Women Committee!

Thank you. I look forward to working with you!
