Hello!

I am Kim Angel Champagne and I am submitting my candidacy for the position of substitute for the Youth Committee.

I am a new grievance agent since December 2021 and union rep since 2019 as a site delegate. I have also participated in the Youth Committee, and I loved the experience.
Since 2020, also being a young mother of a family, work-family balance and working conditions are even dearer to my heart. I believe that working conditions are the basis for the next generation.

This is why I want to be involved on the Youth Committee, to participate in improving these conditions and encouraging young people to get involved in their workplace.
