CIUSSS de la Mauricie et du Centre du Québec

I have been a union rep for 17 years at the FIQ in the Mauricie and Centre-du-Québec region. I am a team player with good listening skills. I am transparent and have good analytical skills. Over the last 17 years, I have taken on different roles, starting with that of Nurse VP, involved in several mandates, and then that of president since 2014. In 2005, I was already the Info-Support officer for my union and stayed involved from then on, as much during my two local negotiations as during the four last provincial negotiations.

I decided to get involved to put my experience to work for the 76,000 members so that together we can have negotiations that reflect us and that take each group into account: respiratory therapists, licensed practical nurses, nurses and clinical perfusionists, as well as the priorities we set together. I also want to ensure that the consultation, information, and implementation process is easier for each affiliated union.

Together for negotiations that reflect the 76,000 FIQ and FIQP members!
