Hello union reps,

I am submitting my candidacy with enthusiasm and confidence for the position of vice-president, Union Organizing, Education-Animation. I am a person of integrity, concerned with respect for everyone, authentic and above all, a person who has the improvement of the healthcare professionals’ working conditions at heart.

A union representative for more than 10 years, holding the position of local president and since the merger in 2017, I have held the position of vice-president communication and mobilization for the Syndicat des professionnelles en soins des Cantons-de-l’Est.

I am asking for your trust in giving me the opportunity to contribute to the advancement and transformation of our Federations with an objective of being closer to our 76,000 members across Québec. Our Federations must reflect our members, their values and their needs.

I want to reassure you that my thinking is well matured and that I am fully supported by my family, colleagues and friends in these new challenges which, I am aware, will be numerous and sometimes even difficult. I want to be able to speak for the members as well as to listen to the needs and realities of the affiliated unions.
