The FIQ and FIQP represent 75,000 healthcare professionals whom the health network and public can count on.
That’s why the healthcare professional-to-patient ratios are a priority—because we need a sufficient number of nurses, licensed practical nurses, respiratory therapists and clinical perfusionists to provide safe, quality, humane care.
You count for the patients, and the government and employers should be able to count too!

PROMOTIONAL ITEM
The FIQ and FIQP hired the firm Kotmo to create a promotional item for the 2018 Health Month, during which we celebrate Licensed Practical Nurses’ Day (May 5), Nurses’ Day (May 12), Respiratory Therapists’ Day (May 19) and Clinical Perfusionists’ Day (May 26). This year’s promotional item is a reusable bulk bag (made in Quebec) that you can use for any number of things.
Throughout the month of May, local union teams will be distributing the bulk bags to members from the various healthcare institutions.
