The result of this vote marks the end of the negotiations.<\/p>\n<p>The conciliator\u2019s recommendation will become your new work contract, and we will ensure that it is deployed as rapidly as possible. The date it goes into effect, as well as the date salary retroactivity will be paid will be sent to you as soon as they are known.<\/p>\n<p>This does not mean, however, that our battles are over.
