Resources dedicated to provincial negotiations<\/h2>\n

2024 was a year devoted to provincial negotiations, as delegates saw in the Federation\u2019s financial statements presentation, which showed that the necessary financial and human resources were allocated to obtain a new collective agreement for healthcare professionals.<\/p>\n

In terms of human resources, the Federation has stepped up its recruitment efforts to successfully fill all positions and provide the best possible services to affiliated unions and members.
