They are installing video cameras in all the patients rooms in CVICU at the Jewish. As far as I know, patients and nurses must give consent to being on camera and no one has given consent, the patients are intubated and sedated how could they?? No asked the nurses either, they just told us this is what they are doing.
Admins say it’s to be used if we go into crisis mode. But no other floors at the JGH are doing this as far as I know.
I feel extremely violated!
