Code of conduct committee at FIQ events
CISSS de l'Abitibi-Témiscamingue
Nurse clinician AHN at the CHSLD de Senneterre, I have more than 15 years of experience in the Abitibi-Témiscamingue health network.
As far as the union is concerned, I have held the position of labour relations vice-president for the Val-d’Or sector for the past seven years.
I have also been involved at the FIQ level, where I was on the Negotiation Council for the 2021-2023 round of negotiations. I then worked on the Constitution and Bylaws Committee, notably on the adjustments linked to the Dubé reform. These experiences helped me develop a practical understanding of the decision-making processes and structural issues within our federation.
I am known for my ability to facilitate discussions that are thorough, inclusive and results-oriented. I believe that an effective code of conduct should allow for the expression of ideas, even those that differ, while maintaining an environment conducive to productive and respectful dialogue. My goal is clear: to enhance the quality of discussions without dampening the union reps’ enthusiasm.
Finally, I am committed to representing your interests!
