Francine Gaudet

My name is Francine Gaudet. I am a trained licensed practical nurse and have been a committed union representative for over 23 years. Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to be a union representative and regional secretary, which has enabled me to develop solid expertise in organization, governance and mobilization.

As secretary, I am responsible for all matters relating to the secretariat. I pay particular attention to the Constitution and By-laws, the coordination of the Estates General, and issues related to the status of women. I am also involved in important social causes, notably within the Coalition large sur le logement and in inter-union mobilizations.

Rigour, commitment and a team spirit guide my involvement. I ensure that I effectively support our decision-making bodies and promote clear and structured communication.

Today, I feel ready to take on a new challenge at the provincial level to continue defending and advancing the interests of healthcare professionals.
