Hello,
My name is Claude-Brendon Sirois. I have been a nurse clinician at the CISSS du Bas-Saint-Laurent since 2020 and a committed union rep since 2022. From union representative at the start, to vice-president of labour relations during the strike, then secretary-treasurer of the FIQ-SPSICRBSL for the past year, I bring a youthful, rigorous and mobilizing approach to union life.
To me, the UDF committee represents a strategic resource for maintaining and improving our collective power. Our ability to take action, mobilize and defend our rights are all reasons why I want to get involved with the Union Defence Fund committee.
My ability to listen, my transparency and my determination are qualities that are recognized on my union team, and I’m ready to put them to full use for the committee. I promise to analyze requests impartially, rigorously and in compliance with the regulations.
I am motivated to continue advancing our solidarity in tangible, effective ways.
