Hello dear FIQ union representatives,

I am submitting my candidacy today for the Education-Animation Committee of our FIQ union.

A licensed practical nurse by training, I work at the CISSS de la Montérégie-Centre. I have been an active FIQ union representative since 2006. I have been the OWPP VP since 2017.

I have been committed for nearly 20 years to defending our rights, promoting our profession and getting involved in the union. My career path is marked by the belief that union education is an essential tool for mobilizing, equipping and uniting our members.

My goal is clear: to propose tools and dynamic, accessible and inspiring training courses to strengthen our collective power. I also want to set up activities that encourage everyone to participate, while respecting our diversity.

I offer you my experience, my ability to listen, my creativity and, above all, my determination to make our union action shine through education and commitment.

Together, let’s build a strong, vibrant and accessible union movement.
