Dear colleagues,

I have been a nurse in Trois-Rivières since 2021, a clinician since December, and an interim grievance agent since November 2024 at the MCQ. I consider myself privileged to be actively involved in the FIQ so early in my career. I quickly discovered my own inner drive for mobilizing and defending our members’ rights. So, I’d like to put myself forward as a candidate for the Youth Committee.

What a great place to anchor one’s values. Curious, empathic and passionate about life, I put my heart into my role. Since a young age, I learned that perseverance and clear objectives are essential, both in my personal and professional life. My primary goal is to engage young members on a large scale and educate them in order to have a powerful impact on respect for women’s rights and workers’ rights.

Today, I want to help strengthen our collective power, further raise awareness among young people and encourage them to get actively involved. Because together we can keep improving our conditions.
