Brigitte Petrie – Elected

Hello,

I am running for the Education-Animation Committee. I am driven by the desire to actively contribute to the evolution of FIQ training courses for union reps.

I am a healthcare professional and have always been sensitive to the needs of my colleagues, especially those joining a new team. Throughout the years of my union involvement, I also developed solid tools to facilitate the welcoming and integration of newly elected union reps. I am convinced that strong foundations make for more solid and sustainable engagement.

I firmly believe that union education is a powerful lever for strengthening our solidarity and mobilization. I would like to bring my ideas and energy to the committee to enrich current training courses, to adapt them to our daily reality, and to make them even more accessible and relevant.

My listening skills, ability to identify needs and commitment to my colleagues make me a candidate who is motivated and ready to make a positive contribution to this committee.
