I am submitting my candidacy for the Education-Animation Committee to help integrate the concerns and realities of healthcare professionals into union training courses. For me, activism also means training, being equipped and being attentive to the issues at stake. This is why I strongly believe that union education must be rooted in our experience and be accessible to all. I have been active in my local union for four years now. I am involved on the mobilization and status of women committees. And I was very involved in organizing the recent strike as well as its local logistics. I would like to take part in creating training courses that respond concretely to the union reps’ needs. Whether to better defend our rights, to advance our demands or strengthen our power to take collective action, training plays a central role in our mobilization. My commitment and my will to advance our battles will be assets on the team.

Let’s continue together to build a strong movement, where mobilization is at the heart of our priorities. I’m ready to give my all to help our collective strength shine through.
