Dear colleagues,

Since my arrival in Quebec in 2000, I have had the opportunity to build a diversified career that has helped me better grasp the realities of our sector. I am currently the AIS in residential care at the CISSSME and OWPP VP at the FIQSPSME and I am actively involved in the fight against racism and social inequality. In March 2023, I joined the ad hoc Anti-Racism Committee where I regularly contribute.

It is with determination that I am applying for the standing Anti-Racism Committee. My goal is to promote the role of all healthcare professionals and support those from minority backgrounds. I am motivated to get fully involved in this process, to listen to and bring people together to promote inclusion and solidarity within our organization.

I am particularly interested in taking action to eliminate any form of racism and discrimination in our work environment. Furthermore, I would like to help roll out the anti-racism training that was already underway during my first mandate.
