Laurette Marie Nzitonda
Youth Committee
CISSS de l'Abitibi-Témiscamingue
A passionate nurse clinician, I have a solid experience of involvement in the student setting, having been active in school parliaments since I was in primary school. My career has enabled me to develop skills in leadership and mobilization, which I hope to put to good use on the FIQ Youth Committee. Convinced that every voice counts, I strive to be a vehicle for positive change, both for my colleagues and for those around me. I like to share my knowledge and serve as a resource person on various subjects, encouraging an environment of mutual support and solidarity. My commitment is guided by a desire to improve not only our profession, but also the quality of the care provided to patients. I am enthusiastic about the idea of actively contributing to the committee’s initiatives, by focusing on collaboration and innovation.
