Mouloud Seddiki

I would like to submit my candidacy to join the FIQ standing Anti-Racism Committee. Convinced that equality and respect of diversity are essential to the quality of interpersonal relations and the well-being of the teams, I want to actively contribute to the fight against all forms of discrimination.

My experience as a temporary member of this committee since June 2024, has allowed me to see the importance of an inclusive environment, where every person feels recognized and valued. I believe that awareness-raising, training and dialogue are powerful tools for preventing racism in all its forms and promoting fair practices. My approach is based on listening, collaboration and seeking practical solutions tailored to our reality in the field.

In joining this committee, I would like to participate in developing initiatives which foster social justice and strengthen solidarity among members. Together, we can build a respectful workplace where diversity is perceived as wealth and not as an obstacle.
