Dear colleagues,

Today I am running for the FIQ’s Youth Committee. Driven by a deep conviction that we all have an essential role to play in the future of the FIQ and the health network, I want to make our voices heard.

I have been a nurse for seven years now and I firmly believe in the strength of collective engagement. My goals are to defend the rights and interests of young members, to create a space for discussion and action, and to fight against all forms of discrimination.

Being a young member of a union does not only involve making demands, it means building, making proposals, and above all, taking action.

I want to speak with a fresh voice, rooted in reality but looking to the future. We’re a committed generation, full of energy and conviction, and that’s what I intend to bring to the committee. I am convinced that I have the ability to successfully complete the projects entrusted to me.
