FIQ (Fédération Interprofessionnelle de la santé du Québec)

Nathalie Levesque [Elected]

Licensed practical nurse vice-president (FIQ)

CISSS de la Montérégie-Est

I am very motivated to ask for your support for a second term as licensed practical nurse vice-president on the Provincial Executive Committee.

I want the privilege of continuing our joint struggles and battles, as a team together once again. The well-being and self-fulfilment of healthcare professionals will be shaped by the decisions we make today for the future.

I still believe that the labour relations sector of a labour organization is one of the most important sectors in its mission. The FIQ has always been able to adapt to the many changes in the health network and did so once again, even though we were facing a pandemic. Fascinated by our organization’s growing attentiveness to the needs of its members, I sincerely hope to contribute once again by focusing on a close relationship with you, the teams, to respond to the needs of all healthcare professionals in Quebec.

The sector’s key priorities, defending members and updating our gains, are challenges that strongly motivate me. Don’t worry, challenges don’t scare me, on the contrary, they motivate me to excel.

I would like the honour, once again, of working closely with you to reverse certain situations and put solutions in place. My great ability to work in a team, to be creative in finding solutions, gives me all the necessary skills.

More motivated than ever, I can proudly look back at the challenges during my first term. I am still convinced that showing great transparency in the files entrusted to me is the greatest mark of respect towards all the professionals we are fighting for every day, and I will continue in this direction. It is with the same thoroughness I have shown that I will continue to represent US. Trusting me for a second term will not disappoint you.

ONCE MORE AS A TEAM!!!
