Vincent Bérubé

I am a committed union rep and am running for the Education-Animation Committee so I can actively contribute to creating relevant, accessible and mobilizing educational tools. My experience in the field and my involvement in union life have shown me that education is a very powerful tool for mobilizing and empowering healthcare professionals.

I want to help develop lively training courses that are rooted in our reality and encourage participation, solidarity and the development of our collective power. I firmly believe that a well-equipped union base is a strong base, capable of making its voice heard.

I am committed to working with rigour, creativity and respect for the FIQ’s values on the committee and to listening to members’ needs.
