At the federal council, the delegates reviewed and adopted the 2025 financial statements. They show a significant upswing in activities after more than two years of intense provincial negotiations.

Despite this, the Federation is in good financial standing thanks to rigorous and responsible financial and human resource management.

Even though the government ultimately backed down on its intention to overhaul union representation following the creation of Santé Québec, we must remain vigilant. This new structure continues to have very real impacts on healthcare professionals and the Federation remains fully committed to defending them.

It is also preparing for the next period of provincial negotiations. As it stands, the Federation’s finances are in excellent shape and will enable it to meet the challenges ahead and actively support initiatives on the ground.
