Resources dedicated to provincial negotiations

2024 was a year devoted to provincial negotiations, as delegates saw in the Federation’s financial statements presentation, which showed that the necessary financial and human resources were allocated to obtain a new collective agreement for healthcare professionals.

In terms of human resources, the Federation has stepped up its recruitment efforts to successfully fill all positions and provide the best possible services to affiliated unions and members. The Federation will continue to manage its finances rigorously to ensure it is able to cope with the significant changes brought about by the creation of Santé Québec.
