Election of the new Anti-Racism Committee members

The federal council was a time for your union delegates to elect the members of the new Anti-Racism Committee.

The Anti-Racism Committee is dedicated to fighting against racism in healthcare institutions and within the Federation. It collaborates on the implementation of the Policy on the Fair representation of women in positions of power and decision-making, strengthens anti-racist union practices through training, documents situations with reports of racism, and raises awareness in our environments to prevent discriminatory behaviour.
