Montréal Pride: For a more inclusive healthcare system

The FIQ is participating in the community days and Montréal Pride Parade from August 8 to 10, 2025 and would like to hear from you. Historically, the health sector has not been inclusive of many groups of people, whether in treatment research, the study of anatomy or access to certain study programs. The members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community have also been, and are still, subject to a huge amount of discrimination when they seek out care. Our society has made significant progress and won many battles over the last decades, but certain inequalities remain. To better understand these realities in Quebec, the FIQ invites you to answer a few questions. Your answers are anonymous. Some may be shared anonymously to raise awareness or illustrate certain experiences. They will help us to better defend our members’ and the population’s interests with the government and to propose solutions to make the health network more inclusive and humane. It will take approximately five minutes to fill out this questionnaire.
