Pay equity maintenance: how have your duties changed since 2020?

The FIQ is currently surveying members about the 2025 pay equity audit. If between December 21, 2020 and December 20, 2025 you have noticed changes, new things, or changes to your duties, roles and responsibilities, it is important that you tell us!

In the coming days, you will receive an email with an individual link from the Advanis polling firm in collaboration with the FIQ. We invite you to answer the questionnaire to the best of your knowledge. Rest assured that your answers will be processed confidentially and that the data will be exclusively reserved for the FIQ’s use.

Your participation is essential to properly documenting events under the Pay Equity Act. With your participation, the FIQ will be able to represent the voices of healthcare professionals in the 2025 pay equity maintenance work!
